BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN HOPITALITY MANAGEMENT (BSHM)

A graduate of BS in Hospitality Management should be able to but not limited to produce food products and services complying with enterprise standards. The Hospitality Management program includes practice in entrepreneurship and technology, operations management, event production and marketing. The program also gives chances to students to put their learning into practice on an overseas-based internship in areas such as human resources or events management.

BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN CULINARY MANAGEMENT (BSCM)

The Bachelor of Science in Culinary Management is a program that allows students to address key concepts in the culinary arts while learning the project management and development skills required of managers in food businesses in the twenty-first century. Students will gain experience of a real food business work environment through an internship component.
The course also enables learners to develop research and presentation skills together with their ability to design, develop and implement systems that assist in the successful operation of a food business. It encourages forward thinking and the ability to develop ideas that may provide a positive contribution to the changing needs of the global food industry and the environment in which it operates.

The Tourism Management program will equip you with the skills and knowledge required to manage tourism within an evolving global marketplace. The course has a strong emphasis on enterprise and enables you to develop the management competencies required to progress your career within this dynamic, multi-faceted industry. BS Tourism Management will broaden your knowledge of the international tourism industry, and of the diverse range of businesses that operate within tourism, including attractions, destinations, public sector development, heritage and travel.
